Because of vast differences in skin amongst us all, we understand that some Zenbiotic Skin Care products may not be suitable for everyone. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict which products these may be. We find that without use of the OxyToner Skin Prep and adherence to at least the first three steps of the program (Face & Body, OxyToner, Phyto) results will not be optimized. Furthermore, a detoxification process may result for some people and lengths of time vary dramatically. We ask that you please keep in contact if you are experiencing difficulty. Often, by adjusting the skin care regime just a little, much better results occur. Please make sure to follow directions very carefully and consult the "Guides Sections" for clarity and direction.
After having contacted us via phone or email for assistance and after you have used the products or packs for at least a month and you are still not satisfied, just send back the products and invoice within 3 months of purchase and we will gladly refund half the value of your initial order or last order. Empty bottles are refunded only 25% of value.
