Because of vast differences in skin amongst us all, we understand that some Zenbiotic Skin Care products may not be suitable for everyone. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict which products these may be. We find that without use of the OxyToner Skin Prep and adherence to at least the first three steps of the program (Face & Body, OxyToner, Phyto) results will not be optimized. Furthermore, a detoxification process may result for some people and lengths of time vary dramatically. We ask that you please keep in contact if you are experiencing difficulty. Often, by adjusting the skin care regime just a little, much better results occur. Please make sure to follow directions very carefully and consult the "Guides Sections" for clarity and direction.
After having contacted us via phone or email for assistance and after you have used the products or packs for at least a month and you are still not satisfied, just send back any product within 3 months of purchase and we will gladly refund 100% of your order less shipping... or, if you like, please accept 125% credit as redemption points.
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS), usually via Priority Mail, unless otherwise indicated. Please know that our products are formulated with integrity. At times there may be a delay in shipment due to the formulation process. Items are shipped within 1 - 3 days as determined by product availability.
International orders: There is always a difference between actual shipping cost and the invoiced shipping cost. We will not charge more than what your original invoice states but we do reserve the right to amend redemption points to account for the difference if it is the case that actual shipping is more expensive or less expensive than what was quoted automatically on the website. In other words, your redemption points will be used to correct the shipping difference. If you paid more than what shipping actually was, we will increase your redemption points to account for that as well.
