Ingredients: organic aloe vera, vegetable glycerin, plant proteins, rose essence, horsetail, almond oil, avocado oil, Vitamin E.

Directions: OXYGEN BATH: Add one good squeeze of Rosessence to running, warm water. For a mineral bath, add 2 scoops of Batherapy if you have any cold symptoms; ½ to 1 full scoop just to relax. For an oxygen mineral bath, add 1 pint (16 oz) of 35% food-grade hydrogen peroxide. Relax in the tub for 20 – 30 minutes. Rinse off with cooler shower water and relax for 15 minutes.

REGULAR MINERAL BATH: Add ½ to 1 scoop while filling the tub, add a good squeeze of Rosessence andrelax for 20 – 30 minutes.

Finish with a bath mitt to remove dead skin cells and apply a conservative amount of the Body Milk Moisturizer while skin is still moist.
