Ingredients: Potassium, sodium metasilicate, magnesium carbonate, calcium sulfate, sodium bi-carbonate, calcium polysulfide, sodium carbonate, sodium phosphate, sodium sulfate, oatmeal, ginger.

OXYGEN BATH: Add to running, very warm water: 2 scoops if you have any cold symptoms; ½ to 1 full scoop just to relax. Then add 1 pint (16 oz) of 35% food-grade hydrogen peroxide and 10 pumps or so of the Face & Body Cleanser or Shower Cleanser. Relax in the tub for 20 – 30 minutes. Rinse off with cooler shower water and relax for 15 minutes.

REGULAR MINERAL BATH: Add ½ to 1 scoop while filling the tub, add a bit of Face & Body Cleanser or Shower Cleanser andrelax for 20 – 30 minutes.

Finish with a bath mitt to remove dead skin cells and apply the Body Milk Moisturizer sparingly while skin is still moist for extra richness.
